Amazing that they spelled his name correctly. For me, part of the charm used to be the silly spelling errors and stilted phrasing you’d see.

I’m not sure what they were aiming for … perhaps the idea that the Fed might be planning to whip up a special parcel of quantitative easing money just for the recipient?! Or maybe that half of the recipients might be Republicans, see the name, get into a rage and open it hoping to post it to Drudge, Limbaugh or a Tea Party site?
