Bright-sided twittering
Unsurprisingly.
Not worth clicking the link explaining only once again why I have only minimal use for Twitter and vice versa. I remain surprised I even have one follower.
This is worth a listen, though. Good version of a good tune.
Facebook = functionally similar. Forced jollity, optimism and glad-handing or you’ve no ‘friends’ and no one to ‘like’ your posts.

“Twitter”, so aptly named.
… but as for Facebook, I’ve been kind of surprised at the friends I’ve picked up, and the level of communication (of course, this is Ithaca, YMWV). And definitely no “optimism” or “forced jollity” involved… perhaps the contrary?
Anyway, Dick, I hope you have a wonderful day, and meet with success in all of your ventures!
… no wait, you’re not Irish… I take it all back!

Facebook and Twitter — I just can’t do the combination Dale Carnegie course and high school Student Council thing required.
The other thing is that left out of all the stuff you see about both is that a lot of human beings aren’t wired that way, either. So at least I’m not the only one with bad genes for riding the future.
